Eligibility and Requirements:
- Must be an FSM citizen
- Must enroll to post-secondary institution as a full-time student
- Must maintain, at minimum, a cumulative 3.0 GPA Requirements
- Must prove need of financial assistance
- Must have verified participation in community service programs in the past 12 months
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Proof of acceptance or enrollment from post-secondary institution
- Official transcript from current or previous educational institution
- Copy of photo and information page of passport
Amount: $1,000 - $2,000
