Eligibility: Must be a legal citizen of Yap State

Requirements:

  • Official copy of their most recent high school or college transcript
  • Two letters of reference from individuals possessing knowledge of applicant’s prior accomplishments and academic potential
  • Letter of acceptance from a post-secondary institution
  • An Affidavit or signed declaration, attesting to applicant’s intention to return and work in Yap State upon completion of his/her post-secondary education
