JTC = Jon-Tyrone Celestine

TFB: Hello, please introduce yourself.
JTC: My name is Jon-Tyrone Celestine and I am from Pohnpei. Currently working as a Loan Officer at FSM Development Bank

TFB: How long have you been in quarantine, where are you quarantined, and where did you fly in from?
JTC: I have been in quarantine for three days at China Star Hotel. Arrived on flight from Guam on 3/18/2020.

TFB: Can you describe the process from when you landed?
JTC: I went through immigration as the normal process. Then continued on to baggage claim. Once i claimed my bag, I was told to stay put in the baggage claim area. All passengers remained in baggage claim area. We went back out on the runway to board buses that took us to the hotel. Rooms were assigned to every passenger.

TFB: Describe a day in quarantine from the time you wake up to when you go to sleep.
JTC: Waking up the next day, the workers at the hotel dropped off my breakfast on the doorstep of my room. The task-force provided food, water , and eating utensils. They provided three meals a day.

After observing yesterday and today, they usually deliver breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12 noon, and dinner at 5pm.

TFB: What is the best and worst thing about being quarantined?
JTC: The best thing about being quarantined is that I get to relax and sleep all I want. . The worst part is that I have to stay in the room the whole day. The only time i can step out of the room is when dropping off rubbish in the trash bin outside the room.

TFB: Anything you want to tell people who may be quarantined?
JTC: My advice is that being quarantined is not bad as it sounds on Facebook. The task-force in charge are taking care of everyone, and they are providing all the necessities needed for this quarantine. They are doing a great job accommodating all the passengers arriving on island.
