[POLL] Should the Marshall Islands adopt Kiribati's "Migration with Dignity" to prepare citizens for climate change migration?

The Kiribati government has stated that relocation due to climate change is inevitable. To prepare for the eventual emigration of about 100,000 residents, president Anote Tong began his plan of "Migration with Dignity".

Generally speaking, "Migration with Dignity" entails two things.

  1. Making opportunities for residents to migrate as soon as possible. The idea is to build communities elsewhere gradually, rather than a swift mass migration in the near future.
  2. Begin efforts to create a well educated and well qualified citizenry so that receiving countries can be more welcoming.
